LOT: sorry, I don't like LOT and avoid them

Once upon a time... maybe 20 years ago: LOT used to be world-famous for service quality and food on board. This is no longer true.
I hate LOT hostesses: they never smile :-(
Out of Warsaw, I always choose Lufthansa. Not because of sugar, but because of their reliability and because of Munich airport.
Every time I am there, it reminds me of Brian Eno's LP Music for airports.
